What does delivery cost?
Delivery is ₹29 on orders below ₹299 and free from ₹299 upward. The minimum order value is ₹99.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your basket, choose a delivery slot and enter your address. Then tap Send order on WhatsApp, and we confirm it on the same chat.
How do delivery slots work?
At checkout you choose a two-hour window for today or tomorrow. Slots for today close two hours before they begin.
What if something is not fresh?
Report it within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. You choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement in your next slot.
How are loose items weighed?
Packs are weighed at packing and checked again before sealing. You pay for the pack weight shown on the label.
What do the Organic and In season tags mean?
Organic marks produce sold from our separate organic shelf, with certification details on the pack. In season marks produce that is at its natural peak this month.
Which payment methods can I use?
Pay by UPI or in cash to the delivery partner when your order arrives.
